We will assess your computer or laptop first, and give you the total price to bring your computer or laptop back to perfect working order, before we go ahead with your repair. The price quoted is the price you pay, and there's no obligation. In many cases, the €35 assessment fee is sufficient to fix the problem.

Repairs typically cost in the region of €35 to €75, plus parts (if needed).  The maximum service charge that we apply to a repair is €99 including vat. The only exception to this is where there there is extensive work involved repairing multiple problems, or if data recovery is also required.

Our pricing on parts is highly competitive, with average prices ranging from 30% to 60% less than high-street retail prices and up to 25% cheaper than buying online.
